Writings, sometimes poems if preferred, are usually limited to an A4 page or 700 words. These are sent by email to one member who collates and distributes the writings for constructive comment to everyone. The comments are then sent to all members for discussion when we meet.
A new topic is chosen for each meeting and we have a roster for this.
This system runs automatically, everyone being familiar with our process.
