We are local, social, friendly and low-cost.
Lymington u3a is open to everyone who is no longer in full time employment, but wants to keep an active body and mind while socialising with others.
It is all voluntary – members share their knowledge and experience with others in interest groups and running informal activity sessions covering a wide range of subjects and activities. There are learning opportunities, outdoor pursuits, social events and outings, including anything from Canasta to Gardening to Languages.
Do any of these describe you?
Someone who -
- is no longer in full time employment, or
- is keen to learn new skills, or
- would like to develop new interests, or
- has an interest, skill or hobby you would like to share with others, or
- enjoys various leisure activities, or
- would like to meet new people in a friendly social group
- then join us
- You can join and pay your membership fee online, or
- Send us an application form and pay by cheque
